Frequently asked questions

Short, factual answers. For exchange-specific terms, see each exchange offer page.

How does FeeBack earn money?

Exchanges pay FeeBack an affiliate commission — a percentage of the trading fees charged to accounts registered with our referral code. We pass a published share of the commission we actually receive to you and keep the rest. You pay FeeBack nothing.

Is cashback a percentage of my trading fees?

No. Your cashback is a percentage of the affiliate commission FeeBack receives. For example, if an exchange pays 10% of fees and your share is 50%, you receive about 5% of your eligible fees. Any “% of fees” figure we show is derived from that calculation.

Can I use an existing exchange account?

Usually not. An account must be registered with FeeBack’s referral code to appear in our referral report. Some exchanges allow adding a code later under specific conditions. Read the existing-account guide, and never create duplicate accounts.

Do zero-fee trades earn cashback?

No. Commission is a share of fees the exchange actually charges. Zero-fee pairs, fee-free promotions and fees fully covered by exchange vouchers produce no commission, so they produce no FeeBack cashback.

What is the difference between an exchange rebate and FeeBack cashback?

An exchange-paid rebate or fee discount comes from the exchange under its own terms. FeeBack cashback is an additional payout from FeeBack, funded only by commission we receive. They are separate payments with different bases.

When will I be paid?

Cashback shows as pending when an exchange report is imported and becomes confirmed only after FeeBack actually receives that commission. Confirmed cashback above the minimum is paid manually on the schedule shown on our Terms page.

How am I paid?

By a manual internal transfer to your exchange UID (no network fee) or to an on-chain wallet you provide. You choose in your dashboard.

How is my UID verified?

Manually. We match your submitted UID against the exchange’s referral report. Submission alone is not proof of registration or trading.

Which countries are supported?

Only the countries listed on each offer page. If no list is shown, the offer is not open for new registrations yet — it is not available worldwide by default.

Is FeeBack affiliated with the exchanges?

FeeBack is an independent affiliate. We are not owned by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any exchange.
